Product History & Rarity
This rare Vintage Ca.1920s American-made porcelain “Courting Couple Clock Lamp” was created during the Colonial Revival era when U.S. families loved nostalgic Victorian romance pieces.
Manufactured in the United States circa 1920s, it combines three functions in one: elegant table lamp + functional working clock + charming figural sculpture of a gentleman & lady in period attire.
Most surviving examples are plain lamps without the clock or without the original porcelain bell shade. Complete pieces like yours — with built-in clock, original hand-painted shade, gold accents and no major damage — are extremely scarce and highly sought after by collectors of boudoir lighting and antique Americana.
– exactly like the high-end museum pieces!

some minor natural rubbing on the gold paint – totally normal and expected for a 100+ year old piece.
No chips, no breaks, no repairs anywhere else. Works perfectly with a smooth rocker on/off switch.
