Ok, if you want a Freelander that’ll last you a long time without any major problems, look no more.
I bought this Freelander in 2018, within the first month, I changed all the clutch plates to new.
Recently I did a full engine rebuild and replaced all the hoses and seals and basically everything that was made of either plastic or rubber that’s attached to the engine. It purrs like a cat. Perfect engine and perfect gearbox running perfectly well.
This Freelander has had the long shaft removed for two reasons: fuel economy and making it quicker and not sluggish.
I have the long shaft with me and you can have it when you buy it. No problems.
Wondering what you’d have to spend on now? Well, repaint the front bonnet, replace the front windscreen, it has a long crack. Replace the absorbers, replace the antenna seal on the roof and the drivers door lock, it locks automatically but needs the help of the key when opening the rest work fine. Inside I installed a double din DVD Player. Speakers sound better than a 2022 Peugeot 3008 hahaha. My wife’s.
What else, well I guess what you need is a test drive.
I live in KL
I have all the workshop records from the day I bought it. Yes, the amount I spent on it to date is crazy, but look on the bright side, it’s all done, by me, the big bills… now it’s up to you to fine tune the looks and handling.
Looking forward to a lucky new owner to care for this Freelander.
Reason for selling? We have 7 cars at home with 3 drivers only. It time to reduce clutter.
My final word is, if you really want it for yourself, this is it.
Have a happy day ahead.
