Job Description
- Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
- To provide supports to the Accounts Department
- General filing, documentation preparation and data entry
- Resolve administrative problems
- To perform other general and administrative duties
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Generate reports
- Prepare and monitor invoices
Requirements
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attitude, work independently and able to multi-task
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese added advantage
- Full time positions and can start work immediately
