Seeking professional, proactive and hardworking multi-taskers who can build good rapport with other team members and clients to administer the general administrative duties in a therapy center for children and their families.
Must be able to work independently in a multitasking and child friendly environment in handling the front desk of the center. Must be systematic and orderly in handling scheduling of appointments and answering inquiries via phone, messages and emails and filing system. Must handle transactions of payments of sales and expenses accurately. Must be able to follow instructions accurately and be willing to provide ideas to improve service. Must be well versed, fluent and courteous in spoken and written English and Malay. Must handle opening and closing of center. Must be versatile to do some monthly tasks outside of center. Having own transport is a plus. Must have basic knowledge of bookkeeping and analysis of expendentures for inputting data. Will work directly with the director.
