Job Description
• Prepare financial documents such as invoices, delivery orders, and statements of account.
• Perform general daily administrative duties such as answering phone calls, handling enquiries, data entries, documentation.
• Provide marketing support to marketing team.
• Develop strong relationships with potential clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Prepare monthly sales reports.
• Data entry - prepare, compile, sort documents, and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
• Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time.
