Job Description
Ensures proper flow of office procedures, and supports the office directors by carrying out common office duties. Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.
Duties:
Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
Handles expenses and billing cycles
Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
Office Administrator Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge in SQL is an added advantage
Prior Office Management Experience Preferred;
Strong Attention to Detail; Ability to Work Without Supervision; Excellent Time Management Skills; Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills
Job Types: Full-time/Contract

Salary: From RM2,000.00 per month
