Job Description
Responsibility
1. Able to do quotation, purchase order, invoice & claim report.
2. To do daily record, weekly claim, monthly claim report & payroll.
3. Manage roadtax & vehicle grant.
4. Manage workers permit & CIDB green card.
5. Helping on tender (prepare documentation until submission).
6. Perform any other related tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirement
1. Minimum 1-2 years experience using microsoft office.
2. Willing to learn and responsibility.
3. Required skill (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
4. Can start immediately.
5. Fast learning, Discipline & Productive.
