Prepare Invoices / Quotation.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Handle and organize office filing systems effectively.
Excellent communication verbal or written, in person or phone fairly in Malay and English
Maintain good relationship and communication with customers.
Good working attitude, responsible and focused in delivering tasks assigned
Able to handle basic accounts is an added advantage

Job Requirements
Computer knowledge, good in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry.
Must be able to call and answer phone,
Must Have a Positive Attitude & a Pleasant Personality, good communication
skills
