Job Scope: 1. Handling internal administrative operations. 2. Answer customer's inquiries, requests and complaints via phone calls and emails. 3. Support technical and sales team in daily operations. 4. Manage and record tasks systematically. 5. Maintain an orderly filling system. 6. Prepare documents and formal letters. 7. Manage incoming and outgoing stocks. 8. Stay up to date on company’s products and services.
Requirement: 1. Computer and technology proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint). 2. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. 3.
