Job Description
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
-Schedule with customers on preventive maintenance activities
-Perform onsite preventive maintenance activities
-Generate preventive maintenance report
-Upload preventive maintenance report to Field Service Management System
-Update ticket in a timely manner in Field Service Management System
-Provide onsite or offsite support to customers
-Prepare incident reports if required
-Assist in generating problem management reports
-Responsible to carry out basic installations
-Assist in complicated installations & projects that involve multiple products
-Ensure deployment according to timeline
-Update installation tickets in a timely manner in Field Service Management System
-Update Timesheet to manager and Technical Lead
