JOB DESCRIPTION 1. To ensure day-to-day operation are being carried out in compliance to the company procedures, rules and regulations. 2. Responsible for operational planning, handling disciplinary issues and assist in the recruitment and training process of security personnel. 3. Provide briefs to the Management team on operational activities, outcomes and future plans. 4. Assist in networking with potential clients and monitor marketing activities.
JOB REQUIREMENT Minimum 3-5 years experiences in operation and project management. Good communication and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Experience in security industry is an added advantage. Possess own transport.
