Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaking)
Shift: Variable shifts, including nighttime hours
Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to work effectively in a team

Problem-solving skills
Availability for night shifts
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries on Meta platforms
Provide timely and accurate assistance
Follow SOPs for responses
Maintain customer records
