• Ensure all customer enquiries (emails, messages and calls) are responded to in a timely manner and with the appropriate level of assistance
• To attend product inquiry by customers
• Process customers' order
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new promotional offers and programs.
• Assist to manage our social media platforms, maintain and share our post on these platforms. Materials will be provided.
• Others ad-hoc task assigned
• Keep a proper filing system in place with proper referencing for record
• Tabulate monthly sales record, assist finance in debtor and creditor payment tracking
• Maintain stock level by checking stock to determine inventory level
• Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
