1) Managing and processing all received order from customers. 2) Preparing and sorting documents for data entry (delivery order). 3) Entering data into database software (SQL) and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted. 4) Answering incoming calls in an efficient and professional manner. 5) Applying proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations. 6) Working effectively & efficiently with team members to accomplish organisational goals. 7) Showing alert to superior/leader of recurring service failure so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems. 8) Initiating advises to customers of other services where appropriate and inform them of any irregularities in order to pre-empt future problems. 9) Preparing and entering data fro claims purpose from principal. 10) Any other related duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
