JOB RESPONSIBILITES: - Assist in general administration work and data entry; - Customer service - Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible; - Answer and transfer telephone calls; - Filing, scanning, emailing; - To handle maintenance of general office, equipment and environment; - Perform other office duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENT: - 18 - 45 years old; - Familiarity with office procedures - Required skills: MS Office, MS Excel and ability to multi-task SPM/ A-Level/ Diploma/ Degree.
