CUSTOMER SERVICE

CHERAS, KUALA LUMPUR

Job Summary :

We are looking for a qualified Helpdesk Administrator to lead our Helpdesk Team. You will be responsible to manage & improve our Helpdesk Operation as well as the Helpdesk System to provide excellent customer service and resolve all technical issues.


Duties and Responsibilities :

To attend and respond to customer queries and to ensure that resolutions or related problems are handled in timely manner and in accordance to performance standards

Ensure meeting service targets in achieving service, productivity and quality assurance level.

Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service or problems customers.
Requirements :

Minimum qualification is Diploma and Degree with a credit in the English language.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Good PC and Internet skills.
6 days work week, able to work rotating shifts.
Ability to work well in an team environment.
Solid technical background combined with customer service experience
Able to manage & improve helpdesk system
Ability to establish IT Call Centre if necessary
Problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team
Project proposal preparation, handling and presentation skills
Experience in managing IT Knowledge Base is favourable
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with people at all level
Team management skills
Self-motivated, dedicated, hardworking & resourceful
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Possess self-initiative and willing to work long hours when necessary
Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines
Willing to travel when required
Knowledge in automotive business will be an added advantage
