We are a Flooring Company based in Kuala Lumpur City Center.
We are looking for a dedicated Inventory Specialist. The job description is as follows:
- Make sure paperwork is correctly filled out
- Check stock levels and order new stock
- To ensure stocks load onto lorry with correct quantity & color
- Responsible to make sure stocks are correctly sent or received
- To ensure stocks transfer between warehouse are correct
- Involved in monthly stock take exercises
- Update stock information on computer systems
- Make sure orders are despatched on time
- Good in basic mathematical calculations
- Answer customer inquiries online, over the phone, and face-to-face
- Able to work in a group
- Able to take orders from supervisor.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Positive working attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work overtime, when needed.
- Punctual and reliable.
Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
