1. Pick Up Location: Penang. If outstation buyer, I will ship the voucher upon full payment.

2. Call the hotel to check for availability. Upon confirmation of availability, email the hotel quoting the voucher number. The hotel will follow up with a confirmation email.
(Pls NOTE: a minimum of 14 days notice prior to reservation is required)

3. Go to the hotel and produce this voucher to the receptionist staff. They will then get your room ready for you.
