PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED
a) 3-5 years Experience as Litigation/Legal Secretary with basic Conveyancing Experience
b) Must be familiar with compilation of court documents, letter writing, liaising with authorities, familiar with the e-filing system, attending to conveyancing documents such as Sale & Purchase Agreements, Memorandum of Transfer, Charge documents and all other related documents
c) Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
d) Able to take instructions
e) Organized and diligent
f) Good written and verbal skills
g) Manage time well and meet deadlines
h) Maintain interaction with clients
i) Providing administrative support to the office, handling of calls, despatch etc.
j) Must have good working attitude, reliable, responsible, honest, committed
and composed.
Minimum Education/Qualification Required - Diploma or Equivalent
