Duties and Responsibilities:
• To assist the management in activities related to sales/marketing.
• To assist management on matters related to operation and Admin Department
• To perform any other duties set by the Company Policy, Management or direct Supervisor, which is not included in the above-mentioned descriptions.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the company.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibility as so set by the board of directors.
• Attending incoming calls and office mails.
• Maintain filling and proper documentation.
• To handle office administration duties
• To handle any ad-hoc that is assigned by management.
• To assist in general office administration assigned from time to time.
WORKING TIME :
9.00AM - 6.00PM (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
8.00AM - 12.00PM (SATURDAY - WEEK 1 & 3 )
