Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Assist in the Administration of assigned contracts and provide administrative support required in the preparation of project, maintenance and service contracts.
ii. Participate in the preparation and administration of project budgets for assigned area; submit budget recommendations; monitor planning work.
iii. Compile engineering and other data for use by other staff members.
iv. Assist in the review and preparation of engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, and reports.
v. Assist in the preparation and issuance of requests for proposals and contracts to consultants and subcontractors
vi. Perform related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field, preferable in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
Minimum to have 3 years in project management experiences, with knowledgeable experience in Construction / Telecommunication industry.
Moderate user of AutoCAD applications.
Highly motivated, with strong interpersonal skills, in dealing with customers, contractors and manufacturers both local and foreign.
Mindset to take lead and enjoy innovation and do whatever it takes to deliver on mandate
Relevant working knowledge in Construction business, product and services ranges.
Usage of English & BM spoken / written, with good computer literacy.
