Responsibilities: • Generate and handle Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Credit Note, Monthly Stock Reconciliation Report • Manage customers’ orders and stocks by using AutoCount System • Work with the sales & operational team, to handle all front end documentation aspects from sales closure to delivery, in line with agreed processes • To provide administrative support to the sales department • Coordinate with warehouse to ensure goods are delivered on time • To handle the daily operations of e-Commerce platforms including marketplace (S hopee, L azada..etc.) • Handle Customer Enquiries through social media such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, etc • To check and prepare S hopee unauthorized listing • Liaise on shipping and documentation matters • To ensure general administrative functions are carried out efficiently and effectively • To assist in assigned tasks from time to time
Requirements: • Diploma and Degree holders in any discipline • A meticulous person with high sense of urgency • Computer literate (MS Office) • Preferably language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. • High integrity, organized, honest, good interpersonal and responsible • Strong team player, yet able to work independently • Resourceful with excellent multitasking skills • Good communication skills and able to communicate at all levels • Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply • Willing to start work immediately or short notice would be an added advantage
What we offer: • Salary Range: RM2000 – RM2,500 • Working hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm (Monday – Friday) 9.00am – 1.00pm (Saturday)
