Job Description
Sales: To build and manage relationships with Retail Customers/SME Customers and maximize sales to achieve KPI.
1. To manage sales process and offering end to end solutions. To stay current with industry trends, products, solutions and technology & service developments
2. To proactively engage & educate Retail Customers/SME Customers by showcasing smart technology and solutions. To recommend and advise Retail Customers/SME Customers on best product selection to meet their needs.
Services: To assist Retail Customers/SME Customers to interact with products and services, help them resolve any issues, with end to end services
