- Check daily attendance, including overtime and leave, and maintain accurate records.

- Import attendance data to SQL payroll system for processing.
3. Healthcare Coordination:
- Schedule and accompany workers for medical check-ups, including doctor visits and FOMEMA screenings.
4. Procurement:
- Purchase necessary hardware and supplies as required by the company.
5. Immigration Compliance:
- Maintain records of foreign worker passports and levy expiration dates, ensuring compliance with regulations.
6. Inventory Management:
- Regularly check and maintain inventory levels of hardware, personal protective equipment (PPE), tools, gloves, etc.
7. Lorry Trip Monitoring:
- Monitor and record lorry trips for accurate salary records and operational planning.
