KBB Burger & Steak is hiring an experienced sous chef!
- The sous chef will assist in managing all kitchen operations, which include the food planning, scheduling, adn production processes. - Ensure the kitchen is always compliant with all standard operating procedures for food quality & regulatory requirements for food handling, sanitation and cleanliness. - Help to train staff and line cook. - Control quality & consistency of l food served. - Directs proper sanitation of all kitchen facilities & Equipment. - Keep kitchen clean and organize every day by any business. - Ensure staff follows ecosure rules & procedures. - Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working order. - Be on hands on control over daily food production. - Monitors safety in the kitchen. - Help to checks and controls prep & inventory lists for kitchen staff.
