· Monitor stock and packaging material. · Stocktake every month. · Receive, unload, and shelve supplies. · Fulfilled order and packing. · Manage delivery system: EasyParcel, Shopify, Ninjavan. · perform other stock-related duties, pricing, and labeling supplies. · Inspect deliveries for damage, the quantity of delivery and report those to operation. · The movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs. · Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized. · Perform quality check: eg: damage and defect check. · Record keeping of stock in and out (daily). · Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly. · Filing of important documents such as purchase order and delivery order. · Make stock placement and arrangement.
