So, I was once sceptical about all organic and whatever essential oils, until I met young living. My husband started with M-Grain first as he has very severe migraine every now and then. He loved it as a great replacement to paracetamols. He was just as sceptical as I am, but he encouraged me to try it on. I myself have experienced an immediate effect of M-Grain too when I had severe headache few weeks ago.
Then, a very close couple friend to me and husband, gave us the premium starter kit as a gift for our baby boy. That’s when I thought, it’s real stuff!
Here are so far the oils that I’ve tried and works well for me:
1. Clary sage - for hormones and pms
I’m trying it out to see if it can regulate my period and bring down my hormonal acne which seems to forever be in my face. I’m on it for almost 3 weeks now.
2. M-Grain - for relief of headaches and migraines
It works like wonders and even faster than paracetamols! Plus, it doesn’t harm your health like paracetamols! And the scent is lovely too! My husband brings it along in his own little pouch now🤪
3. Peppermint - for respiratory health, digestion issue and more!
So I had indigestion after a packet of nasi lemak few days ago, and my tummy was bloated like I was pregnant. I felt awful and had to rush to the doc immediately. My friend then asked me to use peppermint on my tummy, and within a few minutes, the bloated ness went down without me taking charcoal pills. I continue to apply it for few more days, and gas gone! I also smell it to clear my nose as I have sinus which is a genetic issue, and it totally clear my nose! I used to rely on nasal drops/spray which is basically steroids every night, but with peppermint, it works even better and it really clears my nose like the moment I smell it!
I’m still learning and exploring more on these oils which are 100% pure and natural. It’s a journey to grow together, so welcome on board! 😘
