Responsibilities: Provide support to the Accounting Department. Receive and process invoices, expense forms, and payment requests. Enter transaction details accurately into the system. Maintain filing systems and ensure proper record-keeping of documents. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Plan and coordinate administrative matters efficiently. Communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Requirements: A Degree in Accounting and relevant experience. Preferably candidates with experience in the recond car industry. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in work. Proficient in multitasking and handling various responsibilities. Preferably candidates residing in Bandar Baru Bangi or nearby areas.
