Administrations
Supervising day-to-day operations of the administration of the company.
Manage procurement activities for consumable and material for project.
Preparation of documents for Registration of potential customers
Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
Manage leave and attendance reports.
Account
Prepare claims to customers (invoice issuance) and check/verify JMS by Operation Team.
Prepare payment voucher for approval.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information, maintenance of Accounting system
To ensure claim documents are submitted to clients within 7 days of project completion
Process staffs’ claims documentation and prepare list for disbursement.

EPF & SOCSO
Perform other related duties as assigned
