Job Description:
- Responsible for preparation of full set of accounts and ensure that all transaction are up-to-date.
- Prepare payment vouchers and check timely payments.
- Liaise with third party such Auditors, Company secretaries, Bank, LHDN or any relevant parties.
- Administer monthly payroll including overtime, allowances, claims, EPF and SOCSO.
- Preparing EA forms and submitting E-Forms to LHDN and maintain all personnel information.
- Handle site staff Petty Cash fund and maintaining accurate records.
- Perform matching on Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO), E-Invoice and Statement of Account (SOA).
- Perform bank reconciliation, account payables and receivables.
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentations and goods filing system to support all accounting record.
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the management.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of accounting software will be added advantage.
- Good literacy in using Microsoft word, Excel application.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to meet deadlines, able to multi-task with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently.
