Job Description
Invoice processing and filing
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Recording and filing cash transactions
General office administration and monitoring daily operations
Monitoring daily communications/emails and answering any queries
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate persons
Familiar with standard office platforms such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of accounting system such as GnE, MYOB, etc is an added advantage
