Job Description
- In providing customer service to all owners / residents (attend to owners / resident complaints, facilities booking and etc.)
- Daily administrative paper works.
- Assist Building Manager for any ad-hoc administrative works from time to time if deemed necessary.
- To compile daily/ monthly reports submitted by service provider.
- To assist in creating up-keeping and maintaining all file at Management Office.
- To collect maintenance fees & others related fees, issuing official receipt and handover to account assistant daily.
- To follow-up with residents on late payment.
