Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt quotation and professional assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer and sales team inquiries via emails, and WhatsApp.
Resolve and provide accurate quotation
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role (3 years preferred).
Prior experience in the Education Books industry will be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to handle and manage multiple quotations efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
