Job Description
Looking for a detail-oriented Draughtsperson to support our valuation team in preparing accurate building and site drawings.
- Prepare building layout plans, floor plans, and site plans for valuation reports
- Collaborate with the valuers to ensure accuracy of property details
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Exposure to real estate and valuation work
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field
- Proficient in Visio, AutoCAD
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
