This is a gated bungalow house with plenty of parking, including one undercover parking right in front of the front door. There are security grills on all windows and external door.

There are 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom (shower gel provided), an air conditioner, a ceiling fan, a double bed, a mirror, linen, blankets, sejadah, clothes hangers and hanging space for your clothes.

There is a very large and spacious living room with sofa, a TV, iron/ironing board and a ceiling fan.

There is a dining area with a large table and 8 chairs and a ceiling fan.

There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a rice cooker, plates, cutleries, a kettle, a rubbish bin and complementary washing liquid.


You can rent one bedroom or both bedrooms.

Rate:

1 bedroom (maximum 2 adults and 1 child) = RM80 per night
2 bedrooms = RM160 per night

Extra beddings, blankets, pillows, toto are available free of charge.
Whether you rent one bedroom or 2 bedrooms, you can use the living area, dining area and the kitchenette.

A refundable deposit is RM50 to confirm your booking.
Check-in is 2pm.
Check-out is 12midday.
Illegal drugs, alcohol, pet animals are not allowed. Smoking outside the house is permitted.
