Minimum 5 years experience in human resouces or related role
Must have knowledge in EA 1955
Excellent communication skills
Multi-tasking, resourceful and able to work independently
Job scope / responsibilities
Responsible to fill up vacancy based on manpower annual plan.
Identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
Job advertisement drafting and job posting.
Conduct, prescreening interview and checking references.
Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
Interview arrangement with related department head.
Follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage candidates job offer process and negotiate remuneration packages.
Responsible for new hire on boarding related matters, arrangement, and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
Other task as assigned by superior from time to time.
