Admin AssistantRM 1,500 - 1,500 per month
Responsibilities:
• Process invoices, delivery order and purchase orders.
• Assist in daily operation needs & front office activities
• Maintain good filing system and retrieval of records
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
• Experience with technology and software. Proficient with Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Hard working, good working attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, responsible, good
teamwork & interpersonal skills.
• 1+ years of experience in administrative roles. Non experience also
welcomes to apply.
• Preferably able to start immediately.
• Salary is subject to the experience
