You will assist each client in selecting the perfect automobile for them based on our curated range of vehicles that offer the best in value, quality, convenience, and peacefulness. Responsibilities -Ability to operate in a high-energy sales environment where you will collaborate with others to reach the goals. -Attend to walk-in customers and online inquiries. -Help consumers select a car that matches their needs by using your knowledge of Premium Selection by Cassa inventory. -From the A-Z of Sales procedure (Appraisal, Test Drive, Loan Application etc.), consumers will be guided every step of the process. -Complete the necessary documents and documentation to guarantee that our clients' transactions run smoothly. -Provide after-sales support. To be successful in this role, you need to: -Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, and automotive industry is preferred. -Good listening skills and a strong customer focus. -High level of self-motivation. -Computer literacy.
