Job Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the mechanical R&D department to determine equipment solutions based on technical requirements and participate in creating electrical plans. 2. Interpret electrical equipment schematics, analyze on-site anomalies based on drawings, and perform certain on-site drawing/editing tasks. 3. Component selection and bill of materials preparation. 4. Program development (create equipment programs based on equipment action flowcharts, including programs for PLCs, touchscreens, robots, servos, vision systems, and other programmable devices). 5. On-site debugging (collaborate with the after-sales service department to debug and improve equipment on-site at customer locations, and provide operational training to relevant personnel). 6. Issue feedback (provide feedback on all issues after equipment debugging to various departments, organize meetings with relevant personnel to discuss solutions, and collaborate with the sales department for equipment acceptance at customer sites). Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field. 2. Proficient in using drawing software like ePLAN for schematic interpretation and analysis. 3. At least 5 years of experience in non-standard equipment electrical design, with preference given to candidates experienced in industries like photovoltaics. 4. Familiarity with programming PLCs such as Beckhoff and Omron is a plus. Familiarity with EtherCAT communication protocol is preferred. 5. Willingness to travel for on-site equipment optimization and debugging, with a team-oriented mindset. 6. Preference for candidates with experience in the lithium battery industry.
