Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the valuation team, including assigning tasks, reviewing reports, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Conduct valuations for a range of real estate assets, including commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of valuation reports, complying with professional standards and guidelines.
• Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and market trends.
• Liaise with clients to understand their valuation requirements and provide expert advice and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, leasing, and research, to gather relevant information for valuation purposes.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and property market trends.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
• Prepare and present valuation reports to clients, explaining the methodology and supporting data used in the valuation process.
• Assist in business development activities, including participating in client meetings, preparing proposals, and identifying opportunities for new valuation projects.
