Responsibilities
1. Process all guests’ reservations including check-ins and check-outs, verifying guest identity, a form of payment, assigning rooms, and activating/ issuing electronic room key
2. Upsells hotel rooms whenever possible
3. Secure payment prior to issuing room key, verify/ adjust billing where necessary
4. Compile and review daily reports/ logs/ contingency lists
5. Supply guests with directions and property information
6. Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary
7. Follow up to ensure guest’s requests have been met
8. Process all payment types, vouchers paid-outs, and charges
9 Count and secure cash float at the beginning and end of shift
10. Perform simple maintenance/housekeeping duties as and when required during the absence of the technician/housekeepers during non-office hours
11 Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by Management

• Knowledge of conversational English to communicate with multilingual guests
• Knowledge in basic conversation in other foreign language(s) will be an added advantage
