RM 2 000 - 4 000 per month
1. To assist lawyers in conveyancing matters i.e. sub-sales, loan, discharge, perfection of transfer and perfection of charge and other conveyancing matters.
2. Assist with the preparation of documents for sale and purchase transactions and loan agreements.
3. Liaise with all relevant parties including clients, other lawyers, banks, developers, management offices, land offices, utilities providers.
4. Basic secretarial/ administrative tasks.
5. Attend to inquiries via phone and email.
6. Monitor and follow-up closely on work progress for files.
1. Minimum SPA qualification.
2. At least 2 years working experience in conveyancing is required for this position.
3. Preferably has admin/ conveyancing experience.
4. Computer literate.
5. Conversant in English and Malay.
