RM 1 700 - 2 000 per month
1. Responsible for general building maintenance activity such as building systems, electrical, mechanical and plumbing works. 2. Supervision of contracted services by service providers and non-contracted maintenance &amp; repair works by contractors for civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing works, and housekeeping, security, pest control services etc. 3. To ensure all facilities in the building such are in good working order and no service is interrupted. 4. To monitor all building facilities, systems and equipment related to M&amp; E, plumbing and make sure all repair and replacement works is done immediately, if any. 5. To attend to the related maintenance service request immediately and to coordinate and supervise all appointed contractor’s work. 6. To attend and monitoring schedules preventive maintenance works done by appointed contractors. 7. To perform minor repair and handyman work as and when required. 8. Attend complaints by tenants and landlords. Working hours: Mon-Fri ; 8.30 am- 5.30 pm, Sat; 8.30 am- 1 pm. Start working on May, 2022.

Job Description • Responsible to supervise, check and inspect all MEP installations to ensure its functioning; and to ensure that regular scheduled servicing of the installations are carried out as part of preventive maintenance. • Responsible to check and inspect all lightings, fittings and timers to ensure its functionality. • Inspect toilets, plumbing installations and sanitary fittings at least twice a day and carry out all necessary maintenance and repair works. • Inspect all exit doors/door closers/locks/hinges and ensure that they are in good working condition. • Inspect, maintain and repair all finishes to the floors, walls and ceilings; • Attend to emergency and maintenance calls in the building after office hours. • Attend to enquiry/complaints pertaining to common property. • Carry out other duties pertaining to the work as directed by the Resident/Building Manager or its assign officer from time to time. • Carry out other building maintenance works.
