Sales & Customer Service Executive – Dheary Event Space
Job Overview:
Dheary Event Space is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our event space, helping clients with inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring every event goes smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about our event space, services, and availability.
• Assist clients in the booking process, including contract management, scheduling, and coordination of event details.
• Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their events to ensure a seamless experience.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, bookings, and feedback.
• Collaborate with the events and sales teams to ensure the delivery of excellent service.
• Stay informed about the venue’s facilities, services, and promotions.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service or sales (event space or venue experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
• Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
