RM 1 800 - 2 200 per month
HR related matters. Eg. Interview arrangement, training registration, work planning, attendance, OT, leave records, foreign and etc.
General administration work, database update, reports, Monitoring Medical Claim utilization and etc. .
Set up and update employee & department KPI, SOP, job description, employment handbook, memo and etc.
Assist in training and HRDF training grant application/claims process.
Administer and maintain a proper filing system.
Carry out regular inspections of employees’ attendance at all our facilities and provide feedback.
To perform any other duties & responsibilities as when necessary at ad hoc basis.
