JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide full spectrum of accounting and finance job responsibilities Reports to the Director Preparation and submission of financial/audit reports, GST, taxation, etc Timely submission of all relevant financial and statutory reports; Prepare relevant balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliation; Provide financial expertise, insights and recommendation on financial matters for decision making; Assist the management in analyzing financial reports for management review, liaison with the bank, external auditor and tax consultant; Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory filings, GST, corporate tax and other legislative requirements Perform the routine accounting system entries, compile and analyze accounting information and other related tasks as assigned by the management. Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as required by the management JOB REQUIREMENTS: Posses Degree in Accountancy/ACCA/other professional certificate or equivalent. At least 10 years of relevant experience with full spectrum of accounting/audit functions Proficient in MS Office skills Proficient with general tax and accounting system i.e. SQL High degree of integrity and security of confidential data A dynamic individual, excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia; A pro-active individual with the ability to work under minimal supervision Able to work under tight deadlines Strong analytical skills and detail oriented Able to commence work immediately / short notice is an added advantage.
