- Menjalankan perkhidmatan dan penyelenggaraan penyaman udara. - Melakukan pemeriksaan berjadual terhadap sistem penghawa dingin. - Membuat pembaikan kecemasan dengan segera (sekiranya perlu) - Tahu dalam kerja-kerja kimpalan, pemotong gas dan biasa dengan alatan tangan - Mempunyai kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah, persembahan dan analitik yang baik. - Memiliki sekurangnya Diploma atau Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) dalam Kejuruteraan (Mekanikal), Sains Polimer atau setaraf.

- Membantu dalam perancangan projek landskap - Berpengalaman dalam projek/penyelenggaraan landskap - Membina hubungan baik dengan pelanggan - Merekod, mencatat aktiviti projek setiap hari dalam site diary - Mengatur kerja pekerja di tapak projek landskap - Mengawal selia kerja di tapak - Mengawal dan menyemak mutu kerja
