Marketing Communications Executive
RM 2 300 - 3 200 per month
-Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
-Work require willingness to work on a flexible schedule and travel for important meetings/ assignments together with Director/ General Manager or alone.
-Duties required professsional verbal and written communications. Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Power Point.
-Ability to develop maintain good working relationship with all levels.
-Specialize in risk management/general insurance services will be advantage.
-Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Marketing/Communications,Personal Assistant or equivalent.
-To coordinate and delegate work as directed to enable the Director/ General Manager to lead, develop and execute the Company's business plan and activities effectively and efficiently.
-To follow up and interact with Company Managers/ Head of Department on internal and external operation issues to ensure smooth running of business.
-Manage the process of calling for briefing on behalf of Director/ General, Manager to ensure he/she is prepared for all engagements.
-Dealing with correspondences, writing letters, daily incoming e-mail, faxes and posting of outgoing email.
-Asssist Director and General Manager to prepare correspondances, meeting minutes, report and materials for presentation in meetings.
-Filter general information, queries and phone calls.
-To handle client services and related tasks.
-Coordinate appointment, meeting, conferences and maintain Director/ General Manager's calender.
-Attend meeting with Director/ General Manager, minute issues arising and follow up on behalf of the Director/ General Manager.
-Any other assignments as and when required.
