Job Description - In charge in shipping order assignment and preparing shipping order for drivers. - Follow up and update customers status and information - Assist with placement of customers orders - Handle customer enquiries via calls or chats. - Perform other adhoc tasks which will be assigned from time to time. - Monitor clearance and ensure timely delivery of service. - Possess strong sense of responsibility - Friendly and able to work co-operatively with other colleagues - Able to work independently - Follow up and update shipping status and information to client.
Requirements: - Good in writing and communication skills - Language Required (English & Malay) - At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service / Logistic.
Basic salary : RM 1,600 - RM 2,500 (depend on work experience) Working Days : 5 Days per week Location : Kawasan perindustrian Merlimau
