Admin Cum Conveyancing ClerkRM 1 500 - 2 500 per month
Your general duties shall include but not limited to:-
1. answering phone calls, taking messages, photocopying, scanning, faxing, binding documents;
2. monitoring and arranging the firm’s mailings, courier and despatch;
3. ushering clients to meeting room and making drinks for clients during meeting;
4. conducting searches and making enquiries with the relevant authorities i.e. land office, banks, CCM, Insolvency, CTOS, LHDNM etc;
5. opening and closing files;
6. taking care of the firm’s inventories and equipment i.e. stationeries, photocopier, facsimile machine, internet services, replenishment of foods and drinks at pantry etc; and
7. drafting letters and preparing invoices and receipts; and
8. providing support to a small team of real estate and banking lawyers.
